ATEN camera switcher not switching

I have 3 PTZ cameras plus a projector connected to an ATEN camera switcher. The switcher is connected to an ELGATO video capture card in my computer by HDMI cable. An iPad is connected to the switcher for viewing the camera shots. Everything is connected properly and working through the iPad. When I switch cameras on the switcher, OBS does not switch. OBS only will stream the shot from my projector - it never changes, no matter which shot I choose through the ATEN. It started this 2 weeks ago. It was working properly before that.

Have you tried confirming if using this device is working in any other software? To me it sounds more like an issue with the camera switcher in which case you'd want to reach out to them for support.
