The Asus Zenbook led of button F10/Camera lights up orange after I have installed OBS studio version 29.1.3
No matter what I do, the light stays on.
It is very disturbing, especially at night.
My OS is Windows 11
Anyone know how to turn it off?

Always? Or just when OBS is open?

Just when OBS is open, probably means that you have the camera in one of your scenes, and that's the "camera active" indicator.

Thank you Aaron for your answer.
The LED is always on, even when OBS is closed. Moreover, it is already doing it before I start using OBS, so there is no question of a scene yet!

I am not yet familiar with OBS.
Could it be that it has something to do with the virtual camera, I read something about it on this forum.
Can you disable the camera in the settings or is there another setting that has this as a result.

I would like a solution to this problem. It clearly has to do with the OBS installation. Isn't anyone else having that problem?
My conclusion is that the OBS installation changes something in my laptop with regard to the camera, causing the LED of the F10 key to light up.

Try uninstalling the virtual camera from C:\Program Files\obs-studio\data\obs-plugins\win-dshow
