Question / Help Astro A40 MixAmp Pro question

I am using Astro A40's and the Mixamp Pro that has the streaming port. I am using the supplied cable from the streaming port to the Line IN port on my PC.

Now this works great. Stream picks up game sound , my voice , and all other players voices. The only issue I have is that the game sound some times does not come through even tho on OBS the sound monitor shows sound. As an example moving around the Xbox One menu the pop sounds it makes do not come through on my stream.

Wondering if anyone else uses the Mix amp pro and may have any advice.

Sounds more like an issue from the Xbox One if all other sounds are working.

Check your connection from the Mixamp to the Xbox One and check that the audio output formats are all correct.
