Asking for OBS settings

I just wanted to ask for the best settings to casual stream on Facebook for friends. I don't need something too fancy.
My laptop specs are Rtx 4050 and I5-13420H with 16gb of RAM

Tools > Auto config wizard. Don't change anything. Close and restart OBS.
