I've been streaming for months on an old HP desktop 3rd gen i5. Audio USB streamed in from an Allen Heath Qu mixer. Just bought a new Dell desktop with 9th gen i5. Both computers running OBS 25.0.8 with ASIO driver 2.0.2c. Both units running Windows 10.0.1863. The ASIO driver does not appear in the Windows sound control panel on the new computer. On the old unit, plug in the USB and "Line In Qu" pops up in the Control Panel and Device Manager. On the new Dell, plug in the USB and nothing happens in either location.
OBS sees the ASIO input capture, but the Allen Heath Qu is not listed as an option. It only sees my Blackmagic capture card, Focusrite audio interface and Realtek ASIO. Yes, I can use the Focusrite as backup but I prefer, and have been, streaming direct from the mixer. Looks like a windows problem to me but maybe someone can show me something stupid simple I've overlooked.
