As soon as I press stream my laptop freezes

Just trying to stream on Mixcloud bit as soon as I press the steam button the laptop screen goes black and freezes. Can't do anything. About 60 seconds later the mouse icon moves a tiny bit and the screen comes back but everything is lagging behind by about 2 mins. Can't use the laptop at all and nothing streams. Laptop is a good spec. Any ideas why ?

your laptop is not good spec at all. Dual core is a nogo, I used to use a laptop like that, and software encoding was nigh on impossible unless it was kept on a laptop cooler with a vent vacuum fan. try using quicksync encoding instead of x264.

So my laptoip was a grna dhwne I baought it but it's been fixed and tourtured over 4 years and maybe it;s just not that good any more.
Can I buy an external graphics card or extrnal something else to make this work or am i f@~ked?

I dont understand how come a laptop can;t do a better job of a phone going live with facebook and a decent wire connected to a set of decks. Surely my laptop has more processing power than my phone? I do streams with a samsung, wire, a mini phone booster and a set of decks. Sounds and looks great. How come set of denon 6000s, xone DB4, laptop and a citornic phono IN booster has a harder time? The software and laptop seem to be the prob but why? Can it it be made simpler?

You're gonna need a better computer if quicksync doesn't work for you. It should show up as an option under encoder. I'm not sure what all else you said, I'm assuming you're translating from another language.
