Question / Help Artifacts when recording, since changing GPUs

Hey! I changed from an old GTX 650 to the Sapphire R9 380 4GB NITRO.
I do not suffer from gameplay issues anymore, but now when I record, I get artifacts in the recorded video. I do not see the artifacts on my screen, but just in the recording.

PSU: CoolerMaster Elite 550w Rev.2

I'd like to receive assistance in fixing this issue. Thanks!

Yup, that's the r9 thing again.

It's something specific to radeon R9s.

The behavior doesn't show up in radeon 7970 cards.

Pester AMD about it I think is the normal next step.

Well that's horrible if it's specific to my GPU.
Think anything can be done about it?

Also I noticed it happens to me in osu! too since the last update, which changed the game to render using OpenGL instead of DirectX.

Okay - update!
I noticed that this issue fixes by setting my renderer to OpenGL here

I believe that this isn't a real fix as it drops my frame rate when recording :/
