Question / Help Artifacts / Screen tearing? / 60 fps issue

So I've been getting a bit of artifacting/screen tears while streaming and only on the stream those artifacts/or screen tears appear but on the playback file there is none? I was also trying to stream at 60 fps and in the vod during the beginning of the stream it goes smooth at said fps then the stream gets all choppy or skippy but when I check the playback file, it's smooth.

Running a game without vertical sync or a frame rate limiter will frequently cause performance issues with OBS because your GPU will be maxed out. Enable vsync or set a reasonable frame rate limit that your GPU can handle without hitting 100% usage. If that's not enough you may also need to turn down some of the video quality options in the game.
