So I have been trying to Game Capture Arma 3 for the last 3 days, and im still getting a blackscreen. I have been all over the internet trying to fix this please help ASAP.

you are using a game capture that you named CS:GO, assuming for troubleshooting?
Anyway, I would normally ask for a logfile but I'm just going to ask you to
remove the arma 3 game capture from that scene (use only one game capture per scene)
make a new scene, then
make just one game capture in that scene and point it to arma 3. If that doesn't work,
doubleclick on it and add in anticheat hook.
games can only be captured once and once you've set up that game capture working, dont change it. If you have more games, add in another scene and make all your banner pictures and text global sources so they can be readded easily to new scenes.
