Question / Help Are my settings/specs good for streaming?

Hello guys my specs:

  • Use Custom Buffer Size ☑
  • Buffersize 1000

  • BILINEAR (FASTEST)
  • FPS:30
  • DISABLE AERO ☑
  1. ADVANCED
  • Use Multithreadded Optimizations ☑
  • Process Priority Class Normal
  • Scene Buffering Time 400
  • Disable encoding while previewing ☐
  • Allow other modifiers on Hotkeys ☑
  • x264 CPU preset : veryfast
  • encoding profile : main
  • Keyframe : 2
  • Use CFR ☑
  • CUSTOM x264 Encoder settings none
  • Encode in full range ☐
  • Allow 61 -120 fps entry in vid ☐
Also
I have this problem where my screen freezes for my viewers, and they need to refresh the website (twitch).
and other problem is sometimes when I get alot of viewers my stream goes offline and I need to restart it any idea how to fix this?

ANY HELP / TIPS ?

Try to stream in 720p30fps in your video obs settings just downscale. Use 2500kbit/s maxbitrate and deactivate custom buffer. Deactivate quality in the encoding settings. Set scene buffer to 700 and try again

And spaming doesnt let you get a faster answer. So ask something and wait. Till anyone will response to it. This is a free software so be happy that you dont have to pay something for it :P
