Are all plug-ins available on both 32 and 64 bit versionw

A friend of mine is having problems downloading the following plug-in "Auto Scene Switcher". I tried looking for that name and I can only find "Advanced Scene Switcher". Are all plug-ins available for every for 32 bit and 64 bit systems?

"Automatic Scene Switcher" is built-in plugin since v0.16.0 of OBS (at least for Windows platform, details: https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/commit/39592ff5ebb9aa641ae460b7c044e3fc1cc0196f ). It can be found in the main menu Tools.

Official releases of OBS dropped support for 32-bit code since the v28.0.0 released.
