Applying a LUT to a scene or source, makes it disappear!

Had this very weird issue appear today. I thought my camera was on the fritz but it turns out it's an issue with LUTs!

If I apply a LUT to a scene, it just goes completely black, same with any source, just makes it disappear completely.
