Application windows not in New Window drop-down

Hi,

Forgive the low quality question, but I assumed this would be obvious.

I want to record the Logic window but it isn't available in the new 'Window Capture' dropdown. Neither is another of my programs Plogue Bidule. do I have to enable something to be able to add these application windows to the dropdown?

I also tried capturing the whole screen, then selecting "crop to window" hoping to see Logic in that dropdown, without success.

Any pointers you can provide me with?
