Application block possibility

Morning all,

Looking to find some information surrounding the possibility of preventing the use of browsers in OBS. We have a series of computers that need locking down to prevent access to certain elements and we have noted that OBS allows the use of browsers even if blocked by other means. Is it at all possible to prevent browser use in OBS? Or am I looking for the impossible? Many thanks in advance for your time.

I suppose you could download the source code, delete the browser source from it, and build what you're left with for yourself. One of the nice things about open-source is you can do that! Beyond that though, I don't think so.

Or, you could leave OBS as it is, and block the network traffic. People can use the browser all they want then, but it won't go anywhere except the local machine.
