Application Audio Capture is panning audio strangely

I want to record a specific application's audio only without the rest of the desktop audio included, but for some reason it tends to pan to the left or right or make one side way quieter than the other:

all I'm doing is recording Roblox with nothing else in the background, the Desktop Audio on the bottom is how it's supposed to be, and the Audio Capture shows something is up with one side. when I try capturing a single browser tab it doesn't seem to have the same issues, so I'm not sure if it's just a Roblox problem?

Here is my log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/LRCf5xgJYrdoQ6ce

It's been a couple months and I'm still encountering this issue.
I also have a separate issue where OBS records audio a second later than the video

okay for some reason disabling Windows audio enhancements in the audio settings fixed all of my issues with sound latency and panning
