Apple Airpods work before OBS opens

I just recently had this happen to me and have uninstalled OBS. No matter what I do nothing seems to fix this problem that popped up just today. I installed a plugin for video and after I restarted my machine. My airpods work with the system but as soon as OBS launches. OBS seems to kill them. I see signal being sent to my headphones and signal being sent to OBS. Please, I would really appreciate any help.
