App-Window not recognized by OBS

After a design change performed by our Team, our app AgenaTrader is no longer being recognized by OBS:

Do you guys have any idea why this happened? I am looking for some best practices regarding window design, but I couldn't find any similar cases.

You need to use window capture, NOT game capture (which looks for games)

It doesn't matter what capture type I use; I pasted a screenshot from the game capture mode because all of my other windows are listed there.

Here you can see the state after selecting window capture:

Numerous customers have raised the concern, and it can be replicated on various computers. OBS consistently fails to identify AgenaTrader, regardless of the configurations and the environment in use.

What a type is this program?
Use GDI or directx?
Use anticapture method?

Some apps choose not to be captured by screen capturing software such as OBS. These apps are invisible to OBS. You will not see the window of such apps, not even with display capture. It's not an OBS issue, this is an operating system function called by the app.
