App Capture mode, exit Full-screen?

How do I make OBS capture just the window of my open, active software--instead of my entire screen?
I absently hit CTRL Save, and OBS went to the full-screen mode. I can't find the default 'app capture' mode.
Please tell me how to get back to the 'app screen mode'. Thanks.
