api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer

Hi. I want to use OBS on my computer, but when I want to launch it, it says that api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from my computer. I tried downloading the .dll files, but still got the same error message. It would be great if somebody help me with this problem.
