Question / Help Apex legends laggy when i stream

ok guys i really need some help with this obs settings, ive tried everything but when i play and stream at the same time apex legends the game its so laggy impossible to aim or turn around, my obs setting, encoder x264( ryzen 7 3700x), CBR, 3000 bit rate, preset veryfast, profile main, output 720p 60 fps, downscale lanczos. in game settings all low, fps capped at 144, my pc setup ryzen 7 3700x rx 5700xt, 16 gb ram 3200 mhz, i use 2 monitors the main to play on 144hz and the 2nd a 60z monitor to check my stream and chat, when i close everyhting from teh 2nd monitor the games run perfectly no lag nothing but when i open my stream to chech the chat the game its unplayable, is there any fix for this.
PS playing and streaming on 1 rig

Known issue when running Windows 10 with monitors with different sync rates.

You're also never going to get a smooth 30 or 60fps result from running 144hz because that doesn't divide evenly. Cap/record at 30, 60, or 120.

I can't say that would fix it because I don't have your exact setup.

I do know that bad performance is definitely an issue when running more than one monitor in Windows 10 when they are not both at the same refresh rates.

I also know that trying to cap any display at 30/60 when the display itself is running at 144 will not result in a smooth playing capture.

Capping at 120 may improve the situation without necessarily completely resolving it.

I tried it Man nothing still the same, is there any other fix for this, cause i cant check my stream whats going on

This is a guess, but with a very fast preset you are putting the stress on your gpu instead of cpu. Do you monitor gpu and cpu usage while gaming/streaming? Try going to medium.
