Question / Help Anyway to capture a program's popup windows?

I stream art and I use a program called GraphicsGale. It has a lot of popup windows for stuff like making new images and messing with colours and stuff, like this:

Naturally, OBS doesn't capture these windows:

I don't want to do a monitor capture, as I alt-tab like a madman and I don't want to subject my viewers to me rapidly alt-tabbing between several windows. Is there a way to capture these windows?

I've already tried making seperate sources for them, but I'd have to manually move them to their 'correct' spots and it doesn't look right, given that you can't regain focus on the main window until you've gotten rid of the smaller windows.

There is not. The sub-windows are separate windows from the main window and can't be captured as part of the main window capture. The only option is Monitor capture. I recommend getting a second monitor.
