Nothing terribly weird jumps out at me. If you're streaming to Twitch, it's probably best to stick with standard integer framerates (25/30/50/60 FPS). In your case, use 60 FPS. For bitrate, 5,000 kbps is the upper threshold of what Twitch suggests for 720p@60fps. If your connection can handle it, and your stream looks good, you probably don't need to adjust it. If the stream has some visual issues, you can try pushing your bitrate to 6,000 kbps.
