Anyone using a Zoom Q8n-4k and Windows 11 able to receive audio from camera?

I've been struggling with this issue since getting my new HP laptop, which came with Windows 11 installed. I've previously done this on my old laptop (another HP) and could see/receive the audio without issue. I installed the drivers from Zoom's website and I've followed the same procedure for adding the Zoom to the list of audio sources - but I get nothing in the OBS VU meters.
Been trying to solve this for a few days but utterly stumped. If anyone's sorted it I'd dearly love to know how. Cheers!

update: I briefly got some audio through by disabling the HP's onboard audio and setting the Q8n as default but that didn't last for some reason and seemed then to conflict with the Zoom's own video. Makes me wonder if these drivers are fully Windows 11 compliant or if I'm just an idiot..

So nothing useful in the logs then? Seemed to suggest some kind of conflict but would hope an experienced eye might see what the issue was??
