Question / Help Anyone else has problems with a 144hz monitor?

I'm using an Asus VG248QE and when im on 144hz my games having a mini freeze while im streaming...
when im turning my monitor to 60hz everything is fine.
Is there anyone else has the same problem? Or is there any solution about this problem?

A small update: I have the obs running in my 2nd monitor which is 60hz when I have the obs minimized everything is fine. So is it obs problem vecause of the hz dufference? and is it a fix for it?
