Question / Help anyone else getting this black/white checkerboard issue?

i am trying to stream 720p 30fps on ethernet with an i5 6400 @3.2ghz+ gtx 1050+8gb ddr4 i am maintaining 80-90fps mostly for fortnite,everythings been great except for this small black/white checker problem only happens sometimes during stream,other times stream will be fine. (picture doesn't show the black/white checkers but that is what i see on stream) does anyone know how to fix this issue? all obs settings are default except I have tried changing downscale filter from bicubic to lanczos but i still get the issue.

Would need a log to know what might be going on.

Please post a link to a clean log file. To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.
