Question / Help Anybody ever seen this bug before?

So I'm getting back into streaming, with the release of Black Ops 3. But I was messing around in OBS today, and all of my recordings have these weird boxes. Any ideas? The only scenes I have are Game Capture, Facecam, and a border around that. So it's not a notification glitch or anything! Also, I'm on Win10 if that makes a difference.

Try right-clicking on the source in the preview, and 'reset size'. I've had this happen with a resolution-mismatched source in the past (added it at one res, and ended up using a different one later). Also, make sure the source properties are set to stretch-to-screen; some game captures can be funny about that.
