Any way to save multiple RTMP outputs, then choose between the list of saved outputs?

Sometimes I want to stream to Rumble, sometimes to twitter, etc.

I'm not interested in multi-streaming at this time.

I want to be able to create a list of different RTMP outputs, then choose between the different outputs in the list when I go to live stream.

Is there a plug-in that let's me do this?

Main menu Profile is what you looking for. Each profile will keep current settings of OBS.
