Question / Help Any way to "reset" audio settings during a stream ?

Hi everyone, i'm having a problem with my OBS, my sound isn't working properly, from time to time, my micro sound is bad and after 3-4hours of stream, i have to close OBS / restart the computer to make sure it's gonna be ok again.

Is there any way to fix this ? ( OBS 12.4 + Macbook pro Yosemite 10.10.5 + Micro Jack )

Or, would it be possible for me to 'reset' the setting like every 2 hours to make sure i dont have to reboot ?
