Yeah, don't use Ultrafast. Even if you throw lots of bitrate at the recording like you're doing, Ultrafast just makes so many encoding quality sacrifices.

And I agree with what Krazy said, use SuperFast at worst if you want to maintain the best quality.

Also, update OBS to the latest version.
