Question / Help Any way of stopping OBS from quieting your system?

When I record, I need to be able to not only listen to it myself whilst recording, but also be able to view it later for reference. Is there any way of stopping OBS from quieting your system?

Apparently I'm blind, or it isn't there. How do you get to the sound control panel?

the little speaker for windows volume, right click, click playback devices, then you'll see the last tab is communications

Oh right, I thought he was referring to the communications tab within OBS.
