I know this may seem like a silly question but I want the best looking stream on Twitch. There are limits like 6000kbps upload.

I am using the following settings, just want some friendly advice on what else I can do if anything to increase visual quality. It looks amazing already.
1080@60 in ->1080p@60 out
profile->high
preset->slow
keyframe->2
40%cpu usage - 4.8ghz 14 core processor
render time->1.8/2.0ms
cpu priority-> high
OBS x264 Options
subme=9 (slow setting is 8)
me=umh (slow setting is hex)
trellis=2 (slow setting is 1)
direct-pred=spatial (slow setting is auto)
bframes=2 (slow setting is 3) -> saves bandwidth?
threads=24 (slow setting is auto)
level=4.2
aq-mode=3 (slow setting is 1:1.00 )
rc_lookahead=60 (slow setting is 50)
me_range=24 (slow setting is 16)
analyse=all (slow setting is 0x3:0x113 )
partitions=all (slow setting is p8x8,b8x8,i8x8,i4x4 )
