Question / Help Any streaming setting for this bad internet?

I was looking into livestreaming with OBS, but I have a bad upload. I thought it was worth a shot on the forum to see if anyone can give me settings.

Ask your ISP for something better that this. With this connection you should be happy to be able to play and use skype video calls, forget streaming.

Trust me, this is the only internet provider in my area.

Well if you cant change your ISP, get a better plan with at least 3mbit/s upload, that will allow you to have watchable quality and enough for background tasks like online games, skype/TS3 and whatever else you are using.
