Question / Help Any layer above the game freeze

Guys when i use any layer above my game it freeze when i am in-game (timer for example) When i am back to desktop it again works in OBS fine. Here is video whre i am running timer and when i am in-game OBS freezing timer, when i am ALT-TABing from game to desktopm, timer working again in OBS can you help me please?
