any idea when obs camera app will support iphone 13mini?

You'll need to ask the author of that app. This site is hosted by and for OBS Studio as found at https://obsproject.com/download, which you should note there isn't an iOS or Android version
Are you referring to https://obs.camera/ ? [which on the home page states " Please note that this is not an official OBS Studio project, and is a project by a third party. " oh, and ouch on the listed price...
