Any Idea how I can have my image glow or animate when I record a video ??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You see the image at the bottom right there I want it to have glow or animation when I speak in the MIC...

You need to edit the image for the glow, in an image editor.
And to animate the mouth, you should test some of the vtuber apps you'll find around. Again, you'll need an image editor to make it work too.

Oh ok thanks for the info any suggestions on the best free editor I just want the mouth to move lol
