Question / Help Any help would be appreciated

I am trying to stream my Elgato through my 'crappy' laptop but I have seen people with worse computers able to stream. So the question being, is there any combination of settings that I have somehow have not tried the past 20 hours that would make me streaming some what smooth and not skip frames. Also I am having trouble with the audio skipping. I hate to ask but I have tried anything and read everything but seems to only be minimal changes

Also when I stream to Twitch straight from my Elgato it has no problems what so ever, even in 720p

I too have streamed before on a crappy toshiba laptop, don't worry it is possible, but before I continue with advice, I must know your internet speed, and laptop specs, (if you do not know, link or tell me the laptop exact name, should be on the box)

question is are you trying to stream console games? if not and you are capturing your gaming pc then why not use it to stream.

your laptop should be fine with 720p30 on veryfast preset tbh but even on your actually crazy low settings you have a bunch of duplicated and late frames

the elgato has an integraded encoder which does the job but the quality is not really comparable to x264
