Look inside Tools menu, Auto-configuration Wizard. Run it, apply the recommended settings and restart OBS.
Now perform a test stream/recording for more than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.
OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) is free and open source software for video recording and live streaming. Stream to Twitch, YouTube and many other providers or record your own videos with high quality H264 / AAC encoding.
15 fps in video settings. works great for live streaming. connect a pci-e capture card and set the settings for that to highest. that should reduce the overhead of having to deal with streaming and playing minecraft at the same time. I guess use the amd graphics card for recording although it might put a load on the processor. the only problem is those integrated graphics can't record minecraft and play it at the same time. the amd codec has some frame skipping options in master settings. for keep every nth frame. 12 is a good setting.
