Well people from this forum can help. Depends on what you planning to use OBS for that some might be able to provide some help. OBS does have Auto Config Wizard under Tool > Auto Config Wizard. This tool will give you a base line with your PC and Bandwidth. After that runs restart OBS and test your config. It all depends on what you planning, like gaming or events. Each PC will be different but it take bit to find what works for you.
