Question / Help Any clue on how to reduce the ping while playing?

Hello,i have a problem with the pings while i stream.

The game i want to stream is called League of legends but the problem is when i start streaming my ping goes high for ex. 499 ping,
but sometimes for a slight moment it reduces and goes normal ping (69 ping) but then it goes back high.

Got it on:
Quality: 5
Max bitrate: 4000 (tried it even lower)
Buffer size: 4000 (tried it even lower)
Minimize Network Impact: Check

My internet:
Download Speed : 12mbps
Upload Speed: 0.85mbps

Anyone got a solution?I would really appreciate it.

and leave minimize network Impact checked on obs.

i guess it doesn't let me stream in 720p but only in 480p.

4000 = 4mb/s, you only have 0.85mb/s, which means at the very most you could only type in 850 (even though the maximum stable rate would probably be about 600), meaning those values are way too high and you're saturating all your bandwidth. Also, if you continue to have issues with ping even after reducing your upload to the proper level, "minimize network impact" in broadcast settings is an option designed specifically to reduce ping in games caused by the stream if it occurs.
