Now my problem, some people complain that my stream is laggy/stuttering :(

Here is a log from 2 days ago: http://pastebin.com/eWgX8qks
I have tried around with x264 vs Quicksync but the viewers didn't noticed any difference
I have tried presets default & fast
I have tried Bitrate 6000, 5000, 3500, 3000
As i was reading this forum :) i used "Gamesource" as scenesource and not screencapturing , the resolution i play is 1920x1080 (capped @ 60FPS due to vsync and my 60Hz monitor). the game is world of warcraft. The Resolution scaling in the videooptions is 1.50 (1280x720)
When i used the log-analyzer tool it said to me that my bitrate is maybe too high and that i maybe should use another server which gives me 2 questions:
the recomendet bitrate when playing 1080 is 3500 ... my possible upload is much higher and i thought the better the upstream is , the better everything is... not much into this technical stuff, only very basic knowledge
I did a check in xsplit and it told me "Frankfurt > all" so i selected frankfurt, which is afaik one of the bigges internetexchangespots in europe
oh, my stream is: http://www.twitch.tv/yuko_none (but there are no archived videos, i forgot to check the new "archive videos automaticaly" box.
