I've read that using FXAA injectors and mod that interfere with the graphics may cause problems when the game is fullscreen, resulting in the game not showing up on OBS. I've tried to run the game in Borderless Window mode through modifying the .ini files and installing a couple of mods which does it for you, and the game actually shows up on OBS, and my friends can see it on my twitch channel when i try to stream it, but when i go the the game window the screen becomes black and i can't see anything of the game, only hear the music and sounds. This happens only when i put skyrim in borderless window/Fullscreen window. Any suggestion on what the problem could be?
