Another My OBS wont stop recording question

I have also attached a copy
I have read many threads on this problem and adjusted my settings many times
I have just not been able to solve it
I have attached a log of my last try
As far as i could tell the video seemed ok however the audio seemed to speed up and corrupt
If any one can help or advise I would appreciate it
I have used obs without problem for years prreviously
Could downloading a previous version be an answer?

Have you tried changing the color format back to NV12 709 partial?
Do you have a log from a launch of OBS where you attempted to record but it failed to stop?

Thank you for looking at this for me
I did the change you suggested
I recorded for 2 plus minutes and the sound started to go haywire after about 45s the video seemed ok
when i pushed stop recording It changed to stopping recording and stayed at that until I pushed it again and it went back to start recording
as has been happening all along
