Question / Help Another Laptop black screen issue.

I did follow the sticky and both OBS and VBA-M use the Nvidia GPU. I tried to run OBS in compatibility mode but it nothing. I also can't use monitor capture either. The log is here: http://pastebin.com/rzmu1hGy

VBA-M is set to render Direct3D 9.
