annoying audio “click” on scene cut

I have a quiet simple streaming setup with three cameras and live audio from and USB sound-device. During streaming I switch between the three scenes (each scene with a different camera feed). The three scenes have the same audio feed.

Fade-transitions (like 1000ms or longer) between the scenes work smooth but on “cuts” one can randomly hear an tiny but very annoying audio “click” in the recordings (not while monitoring). I do a lot of live music and therefore cannot use cut transitions.

Anyone is troubled with the same experience and found a solution?

The three scenes have the same audio feed.

Don't have that source in the scenes. Use a global source instead. Settings -> Audio.

The scene-specific sources are for things that you want to stop when you switch scenes.
