Question / Help Animated pop up/slide in windows OBS

I really don't know what they're called.
But how do you get panels to slide in from the side or top of obs like how Sodapoppin and CohhCarnage? I think its a CSS code but idk. Thank you for your help I've been looking for this for awhile!

Typically you'd use a service like TwitchAlerts in conjunction with the browser source plugin.

But what on twitch alerts allows you to be able to put your own banner in it and let it do pop ups like every 30 minutes? This is so i can advertise my sponsors, twitter, Youtube and stuff on stream with out cluttering the window up. I'm really familiar with twitch alerts could you point me in the right direction?

All that stuff is custom made stuff used with the browser plugin, pretty much what you linked is the way to go.
