Somebody here thought about an Android version for OBS??????All good stream apps for it are paid so anyone who streams just as a hobby is at a disadvantage there,so it would be good to have OBS for Android u.u

I think you're still overestimating the capabilities of mobile devices. They're still designed for low power as their top priority, and they still often send their raw data to the cloud and get the answer back. The actual processing is still not done on the mobile device itself.

There are free apps that stream the raw camera, in several different ways, but that's still about all I'd expect from a mobile device, even today. Like @Comapahalloo says, use one of those apps to send the raw camera to a larger machine running OBS.

I believe the YouTube app will stream directly from a phone to YouTube, but nothing more. Other video services and social media platforms probably have similar.

To stream from a phone to OBS, I use IP Webcam. It's free with ads, but the ads are only on the control screen, not the video stream. Since I leave it unattended on a tripod, that's fine with me. It also works entirely locally, so once it's installed, you can set up everything else without internet access.
Another popular one - https://vdo.ninja/ - requires internet to set up because you point everything to their cloud server, which figures out the connections, and then tells everything how to talk to who. Once that's all set up, you don't need internet anymore, but you do start with because of that cloud server. IP Webcam is *entirely* local, and *you* do the job that vdo's server does, as below.

Point a browser source in OBS to the address that IP Webcam shows on the control screen, and it should "just work". Note that if it isn't already running on the phone when the browser source starts, you'll have to refresh the browser source to make it work.
And a static IP address for the phone is really helpful too, so you don't have to keep changing the browser source in OBS to point to where the phone has moved to this time.

It's not so much that it's a horrible os
It's more that the hardware and software doesn't support required features for OBS' operation
