basicly what i am wanting to do is livestream my ATV riding sessions to twitch.

Currently you can stream to periscope(apple ios phone) and facebook. i have not yet tried streaming to facebook, but i may try it soon to see how it works. If it doesnt work is there any rtmp for the facebooklive that i can then feed into my obs to stream it twitch? or would i just have to capture the monitor video.

The whole idea of this is to be able to stream from my 4g android device, and not a pc while riding around on the trails.

thanks

You can just select Facebook Live in OBS, you don't need to know the rtmp address.

But you can find it on Facebook if you want it,
https://www.facebook.com/facebookmedia/get-started/live

But do you mean that you would screen cap the periscope stream with OBS? That sounds like a huge quality loss. You should stream directly to the service you want to use if you can.
periscope is for apple ios only.

If possible i would want to stream directly to twitch, but thats not possible with the setup i want, AS i want the gopro to be the camera, and currently there is no real option to do it without streaming to a very small pool off other services, then re-streaming that to twitch.

this is pretty much what i will be doing, the only issue is getting that feed to twitch via my android s7, the only option i can see is relaying to another stream service, then using my pc at home to capture that service, then relaying it to twitch. https://stream.live/ seems to be my only option, i had wanted to grab that feed and send it to vlc so i can hook into it with obs, but i guess i am going to have to just hook into their website and feed it to twitch, which kinda sucks because even in fullscreen mode their UI doesnt disappear

Periscope is not only for iOS...

But I may have misunderstood your question. You can actually get the GoPro feed to stream off your mobile? That seems weird. You can actually broadcast it from an iPhone or your S7?

Because you can easily broadcast directly to twitch from the S7.
http://link.twitch.tv/mobilecast

And soon you will be able to do it directly from the Twitch app:
https://mobile.twitch.tv/

But I don't understand how you get the GoPro feed into the stream. It doesn't seem logical to me. All mobile apps will try to use the built-in camera, as far as I understand it.

see thats the thing, only few apps let the feed be from the gopro, and those apps are limited to what you can stream to. thats the issue im running into.
