Bug Report An unspecified error stopped my recording

I have been using this successfully for a few days, and earlier used the software to record gameplay. however, I tried again, to change audio, and it didn't record. after restarting, I got this message:
"An unspecified error occurred while recording"
I checked the logs, and it claims files were missing, and I checked. They aren't.Logs are attached.
If anyone can point anything of the obvious out for me, that would be amazing, considering it was working completely fine hours ago

Why are you using custom ffmpeg output?

Harold, you made my day here. someone came and changed the output settings to that, and I found where the recordings went. doing this also corrupted the video, but at least I have it fixed now. thank you
