As far as we can tell, this seems to be an issue with the new Nvidia Noise Removal. You could try adding a Limiter filter and a really weak Noise Gate filter after the Noise Suppression filter on your "Stream Mic". We're still in the process of trying to track down how best to fix this.

If this solution doesn't end up working, the only workaround is to use RNNoise or the NVIDIA Broadcast app for now.
 
Hi, i also have this same problem with the same errors in log.
Would be really nice if you guys got this fixed since i really prefer nvidia noise removal over RNNoise

After the problem occurs, i can't start my stream again (due to same error) until i restart OBS.

Please investigate this asap!
