Hey Everyone,
Really hope someone can help, cause I love OBS. Ok so I just got a new dell xps 15 9530 and after installing OBS and trying to record my display I immediately get the encoder error message. I'm thinking it has something to do with the fact I'm using a flat screen tv connected to my computer with an hdmi cable as a monitor. I've read a couple solutions from other people and one was about display drivers and the disabling of one of them in device manager. I too have two display drivers showing in device manager and I'm wondering if this could be a fix? The display drivers are Intel(R) Arc(TM) A370M Graphics; and Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.
